Three Rivers Marine & Rv Center is owned and operated by Rick Douds Sr. and his wife Rhonda Douds. Before the business was established in 1998, Rick Sr. started working on boats out of his garage in Monaca, PA in 1994. The business has been operated out of three buildings since it was established in 1998. Two of those locations were in Monaca, PA under the name Three Rivers Marine. Rick’s two sons Rick Jr. and Michael were very involved in their fathers business with him since they were very young. Every day after school the boys were working right beside their father. Rhonda could always be found taking care of the office duties, important business paperwork and customer service.

In 2009 the business moved to Fallston, PA. The Douds always had the knowledge and interest in Rvs and Trucks. Their move in 2009 let them expand their areas of work to Boats, RVs and Trucks since they now had a bigger facility capable of withstanding the larger vehicles. Rhonda was able to expanded her canvas room doing custom boat covers and upholstery, she also handles ordering parts and materials for the Boats and RVs. Michael moved to another area of work in 2010 and is no longer with the company. Rick Jr. remains the lead technician in the shop under his father Rick Sr. Rick Jr’s wife Jessica joined the business in 2011. She helps Rhonda run the office, helps with canvas and upholstery and handles ordering parts and materials for the Powerstrokes that come in for repairs.

Three Rivers Marine & Rv Center is also known for their love of Ford Trucks. Back in 2000 Rick Sr bought a brand new 2000 Ford Powerstroke dually for towing his customers bigger boats. Since then, ford diesels would always be a part of the Douds family. Rick Sr., Rhonda, Rick Jr., Jessica, and numerous of their close friends and family now own and drive a Ford Powerstroke. They have come to know these trucks like the back of their hands! Rick Sr. and Rick Jr are true artists when it comes to working on these vehicles! They have recently started sandblasting as well!
